Chuanxiong Essential Oil is extracted from the rhizome of Chuanxiong. It is warm and spicy in nature, and it corresponds to the liver, gallbladder, and pericardium meridians. Its three core functions are to invigorate blood circulation, relieve pain, and regulate menstruation.
Chemical Composition:
It contains compounds such as ligustrazine and ferulic acid, which can dilate blood vessels, improve microcirculation, and inhibit platelet aggregation.

• 2 drops of Chuanxiong
• 3 drops of Cypress

*After mixing the oils, apply and use a cold towel for 10 minutes to help constrict blood vessels and reduce swelling.

• 3 drops of Chuanxiong
• 3 drops of Frankincense
• 2 drops of Roman Chamomile
• 10 ml of Jojoba Oil
*Take 2-3 drops of the mixed oil and gently press on the temples, the Baihui point on the top of the head, and the Fengchi point at the back of the neck, once in the morning and once at night.
Tip: Add essential oil to a carrier oil, shake well, and let it sit for 12 hours to allow the ingredients to blend.
